I had my own ideas and I’m a creative person, so the moment I met these girls I knew it would be a great fit because they listened to my taste and vision and were able to immediately source items and offer suggestions that would compliment what I already had in mind. Their connections to high quality industry contacts was appreciated. It became an invaluable service when I would receive reminder emails about timelines and budget issues on items I hadn’t even thought of. During the months leading up to the wedding, the part that my mother and I appreciated the most was being able to bounce etiquette and logistical questions off them that we would have spent hours debating.
The experience that Laura and Kelly have in the industry gave us so much confidence in their responses, making numerous decisions effortless because of our trust in them. Complete peace of mind is the best way to describe it. Our wedding was 3 hours outside of Toronto and the girls were committed to food tastings and site visits to ensure every detail was looked after. Their ability to work together with confidence, efficiency and a “let’s make it happen” attitude allowed me to (a control freak) to take a back seat and ENJOY my wedding day. This gift of time gave me precious memories with my family and friends which I will have forever. What an extremely capable, highly professional team. It’s too bad I’m only getting married once!

In the early stages of planning our wedding, our list of guests as well as our “to do” list kept getting bigger and bigger and we soon realized that we were now planning a wedding for about 400 guests. In order to enjoy our day, we decided to look for a wedding day co-coordinator who would assist in the day of our wedding. When we contacted Laura and began to work with her, we got so much more than just a wedding day co-coordinator. She assisted us right away with finding vendors and provided us with her contacts that she thought would meet our demands. Whenever we had a question, she was always very prompt in getting back to us and provided us with solutions to any issues that arise.
With Laura’s experience and knowledge, she was able to guide us through what was relevant and suitable for our wedding theme. Having that support, knowing that we were on track, and having someone with experience and with our best interest in mind, is what sets Laura apart from other planners. We can honestly say that there was true value in her services. We truly believe that without her help, our day would not have gone as smoothly as it did.

Our wedding day was perfect and a year of planning was painless because of you. You kept us so organized and on track. You gave use some of the best ideas and we made choices that was so us. Staying by our side takes all the fears away and you kept us smiling. You were very genuine in all the work that you did, and made us so comfortable. I would never forget the day when we met at the wedding show,and we could never forget you.

I, myself am a very meticulous and detail oriented person. Yet I would have never been able to pull off such an incredible, awesome job you guys did at the wedding! From set up, coordination of scheduling, attention to details, and even attending to me (the bride) on the big day! Just a few specific examples to illustrate this. At the day of the wedding, while we (bride and groom + bridal party) were taking pictures – it started to pour! The whole bridal party was quite far away from the reception area so we thought for sure we were going to be very wet! Yet, lo and behold – here comes Laura – running towards us with this huge golf umbrella to the rescue!! I never felt better taken care of!
Another scenario that happened the day of the wedding: the florist ended up missing 1 boutonniere – Laura quickly managed to make a boutonniere by using a few pieces from other groomsmen’s boutonnier. I’m sure that there were many things like that, that might have popped up during the wedding day. Yet, Laura took such good care of these that I never even heard anything went wrong!!
Thank you thank you again for helping us – we are still getting compliments from the guests! They thought it was such a fun wedding!!

As both Cheryl and I were the first from each family to get married, we had no idea what to expect. To quote my soon-to-be mother-in-law on more than one occasion (prior to meeting you both of course) “How hard could it be?” The answer, we learned, is that there were a TON of details that we had not expected, and likely would not have known to even consider. That’s where Laura and Kelly came in… You went above and beyond for us. From the early planning stages through the last dance of our wedding night, you were there. But it was more than that. We didn’t just plan a wedding with a couple of strangers; we planned a perfect day with our two new friends, and when it was all said and done we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding day.
We put our trust in you both while looking for all things associated with the big day: photographer, decorations, etc. and all the people you so highly recommended to us had the same great things to say about you.
L&K, we owe you both a huge ‘thank you’ for everything you did for us. We wish you much success and happiness in your futures, both personal and professional. You were a memorable part of an unforgettable day.

From the little things to the big things, they were with us every step of the way. They have a real passion for weddings and that showed with their enthusiasm as well as their attention to detail. They made our wedding day and all the days leading up to it the best that they could be. Thank you just doesn’t seem to be enough. We know everyone says how amazing their own wedding was, how the day could be more perfect, but everyone from our wedding party and all of our guests can’t stop talking about how great the day was and how smooth everything went.
We have always considered ourselves to be very organized and detailed, however when it comes to planning a wedding sometimes couple over think things and have trouble focusing on how they envision their special day. With Laura and Kelly helping us every step of the way, we always felt confident that everything was being taken care of well in advance or when it was needed. They introduced us to vendors who were within our budget and always ensured we got the best value and quality. They offered us many choices and suggestions but the decision was always ours to make.
When it came to the day of the wedding, there was no rushing around last minute for something that was forgotten and everyone invloved knew just what they needed to do and what they were to do it.
Laura and Kelly really go to know us and helped us create a wedding that was a reflection of who we are and the love we have for each other.

I know there were times that we weren’t sure that some of our wishes could be fulfilled however, you ensured we got everything we wanted and more.

We both also really appreciate you taking the time to learn about our customs and traditions and for ensuring that our wedding was authentic. Early in our engagement we weren’t so sure that we needed to hire a wedding planner. Having always been a DIY girl myself, I figured “how hard can it be?” However, once we started trying to plan our two day wedding, my husband and I realized we didn’t even know where to begin. It quickly became evident that if we wanted to actually enjoy our engagement and the wedding planning process, we would need some professional help to keep us organized and on budget.
Perhaps more importantly, they saved us from having all those arguments that many couples inevitably have when planning a wedding. Since we knew Laura and Kelly would take care of everything, we weren’t stressed out to the point of yelling at each other over centerpieces or table linens. With most couples I know, the stress and pressure of putting together such a large-scale event is catalyst enough to spark arguments over such small details.
Before working with Laura and Kelly, I was concerned that a wedding planner might be pushy and overbearing or try and convince us to spend money on things we didn’t think were necessary. After our initial meeting though, it became crystal clear that they were there to help us plan the wedding WE wanted. Nothing more, nothing less.
I had complete faith in Laura and Kelly that they would smoothly handle any issues that arose, both during the planning stages and on the actual wedding days, and I was not disappointed. In fact, I was so calm and relaxed that my bridesmaids and family took to calling me “BrideChilla” instead of “Bridezilla”. It was a complete seamless transition from Ms. to Mrs…
Whether negotiating with vendors, navigating us through our tasks list or graciously attending to our guests, both Laura and Kelly were the utmost in professionalism and class. They are a joy to work with and have the artistic vision to take what we described to them and turn it into a reality.
We cannot thank you enough. We love you both!

You both were gracious enough to offer your services to help put together a wedding in less than 40 days. When we first met, I was amazed at your professionalism as well as enthusasium to take on such a monumental task. Not only were we crunched on the timing but to orchestrate a wedding to broadcast live on television with such sucess was amazing.
Thank you so much for including the children in the planning and making them feel a part of the process.
I also want to just say what a god-send that emergency kit was! Just minutes before the ceremony, many items saved the day!
Miraculously it all did come together very beautifully! Harry and I were able to join the rest of the guests adn enjoy ourselves rather than stressing out over the minute details. Thank you for making the day an absolute joy. I can not stop singing the praises of “My Wedding Planner” to everyone we meet.
