Wedding Design:
Most couples have a distinct vision in mind, but if not, let our experience in complete event design put you at ease. As expert Wedding Planners and Designers, Laura and Kelly will co-create a unique inspiration board for you, combining all design elements and bringing you an event beyond your imagination. Luxury events are more than just booking high end vendors (which anyone can do), it is about creatively creating a space that will truly transform through the use of lighting, textures, floral, layout, stationary and even cuisine. With our preferred vendor roster, we stay ahead of the trends and guarantee an event that your guests will experience along with you!

Our first meeting with every client is always complimentary. It is a chance for you to sit down with us face-to-face to share your needs and exchange ideas. During this first meeting we will get to know each other and explore all the packages and services available.
Some couples choose to work with a Coordinator on an hourly basis. This package works best if you are looking to plan most of your own wedding but require some professional direction with vendor recommendations, theme design, sourcing a product, budgeting or wedding time lines. This option gives you very specific help in the area you need the most.
This package says it all From the early stages of the planning process to the last dance, this option allows couples to utilize a Wedding Coordinator throughout the entire wedding process.
- Budget preparation, allocation and management
- Vendor recommendations and assistance in the selection of vendors in the areas of: Venue, DJ, Band, Entertainment, Musicians, Ceremony Officiants, Flowers, Décor, Photography, Invitations, Wedding Stationary, Transportation, Favors, Cake, Videography, Hair and Make-up
- Attending all vendor appointments, in the above areas
- A site visit to your reception venue to go over details and further discuss costs, timelines and needs with venue representatives (Sometimes done during your tasting)
- Reviewing all vendor contracts.
- Preparing and maintaining a wedding planning schedule for the months between now and the wedding with regularly scheduled meetings
- Unlimited email communication throughout the planning
- Full development of the wedding theme you have chosen
- Handling follow-ups with all vendors
- Attending appointment with clergy in discussing actual ceremony, if desired
- Supervision of Wedding rehearsal
- Supervision of ceremony set up
- Supervision of Reception set up
- On site direction of wedding ceremony with services typically beginning 1 hour before the start of the ceremony when ceremony is held off site, earlier in the day
- Supervision of wedding photo session following ceremony
- On site direction of wedding reception until 11:00 pm
- An assistant for the day of the wedding at no extra cost

This package works best for couples who have done all the planning but would prefer to alleviate their stresses on the BIG DAY by having a professional coordinator oversee all the details.
- 2-3 Planning Meetings prior to the wedding rehearsal
- A site visit to your reception venue to go over details and further discuss costs, timelines and needs with venue representatives (Sometimes done during your tasting)
- Vendor recommendations if needed
- Reviewing all vendor contracts*, if desired
- Unlimited email communication throughout the planning
- Handling follow-ups with all vendors and coordinating all start, end, pick-up and drop-off times
- Attending appointment with clergy in discussing actual ceremony, if desired
- Supervision/Direction of Wedding rehearsal
- Supervision/Execution of ceremony set up
- Supervision/Execution of Reception set up
- On site direction of wedding ceremony on Wedding Day
- Supervision of wedding photo session following ceremony if not needed at Venue
- On site direction of wedding reception, until close of evening

Partial Planning is designed on an individual basis for couples who do not require full planning or are coming to us midway through the planning process.
